New recipe

3/4 lb. extra lean ground beef 1 egg, beaten
1/4 C. Parmesan cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix all ingredients and put onto pizza pan ( I used a pie pan but I also didn't use it all either), press mixture out as thinly as possible. Bake until the meat mixture is fully cooked about 25 minutes. Remove from oven and drain fat. Reduce heat to 350 degrees. Top the meat crust with all of your favorite pizza toppings. Sauce, cheese, turkey pepperoni, green peppers, onions and black olives. Then return to oven and bake until cheese is melted.
It is good but use more sauce than I did. Be extra generous with it. Also you might want to salt it too.
Says it serves 8 calories without toppings 119, 10 grams of protein, 9 grams of fat with 4 being saturated, and a trace of carbs. That is per serving.
