I think it is a very few that actually gets everything in from day one. You may want to read my profile. I have a section in there for pre-ops/newbies that you might find useful.

As to how to space things, you will come up with your own schedule that makes sence for you & your lifestyle. For me, here's mine:

4 am: alarm goes off. I take my synthroid, then get ready for work
5-5:30: arrive to work, take meds,  then drink 1st protein drink of the day
7:30: eat breakfast, then take more meds (was told not to eat for at least 1 hour after synthroid)
11: eat lunch, take more meds
noon: take multi vitamins, Biotin (HIGHLY recommend you start this pre-op!!), B1 (on Mondays), B12 (was told to take these at least 4 hours after synthroid)
2: take more meds
5: take more meds, have dinner
7-ish: drink 2nd protien drink of day
8: take calcium (was told to take these at least 4 hours after vitamins)
bedtime: yep..more meds (it's hell getting older..lol!)

When I was a newbie, I was told to drink 1 oz of water every 20 minutes initially and to take 1 pill every 10 or 15 minutes. I was told to walk at least once per hour. At first, I timed it all to be sure. now though, I walk 5-10 miles every day just doing my job. You get your own hang of things.....

Perhaps not. You may just have your vitamins & calcium to do. Once my tummy problems are figured out, I hopefully won't be on about half of mine.
