6 month check up!

Hi all! Wow today was a very busy day for me. I had my 6 month checkup this morning up at Clarian. Everything went wonderful. My numbers look awesome.

cholestrol 113
hdl 37
ldl 65
a1c 5.3
Calicium 9.7
the only thing that was low was Selenium at 103 ( no big deal)
Hdl was low but since cholestrol is so low not to worried about it. ( it usually is always low, for me0

Everything was completely normal! YEAH
down 70.8 pounds since surgery....132 total.
Need to quick freakin' snacking though.....( don't I know it!)

Blood pressure was 116/69 today.

I go back in 3 months :) Yeah. I should be at goal by then...138.
Glad to hear from everybody, I didn;t get to post. Went straight to work after appt. and worked 10 hours today. So I am going to bed now...see ya tommorrow!
