Four years ago today, I began my new life. RNY was the best decision that I ever made. It has truly given me my life back. I have been able to do things that I thought I would never been able to experience. It has not always been an easy road and I do struggle with food choices alot of days but I am so thankful for this wonderful tool.

Wow!  Congratulations!  It's really encouraging to me as a pre-op to see you this far out with everything going so well.  Not that there aren't complications sometimes, but that after this long, you don't regret this choice.  Regardless of my weight, I think I will always struggle with food choices.....something that is just a part of my makeup.  Grrrr....Thanks for your uplifting post!
