Monday, Monday

Good morning all Hoosier Loosers!  What a busy weekend!  I haven't had this much fun in years!  I am sure loving this new me.  I can do so many things that were not available to me before.  Friday night, my daughter and granddaughter went to the home football game for homecoming.  Granddaughter Emily was to cheer at half-time.  It was so cold that night.  I had on a turtle neck, sweat shirt, winter coat, jeans, gloves, and ear muffs.  I also had a blanket and I was still cold.  But it was fun, even though our team lost. 
Then Saturday I headed down to Indy for the clothing exchange.  I had a great time.  I stopped off at the casino in Anderson.  Took in $20.  Played the same game for 2 hours and came out with $57!  Not bad!!
Yesterday I went to the Vera Bradley outlet sale up in Fort Wayne. Snagged some great bargains.  For those of you who do not know about this, they have a sale every spring and this is the first time they had one also in the fall.  From the get-go all items are half-off the store price and then as the sale nears an end (usually on Sat.) they start reducing even more.  The dates of the spring sale is April 29-May 2.  They had so many people there yesterday and so many things left.  I am sure much of it will be carried over to the spring sale.  Just to give you some perspective, I stood in line for an hour just to check out!  It was fun though.
Today will be a crazy schedule.  The children do not have school, but the teachers are having In-service meetings.  The entire county (3 districts) will meet for a general info meeting from 8-11 first, then we get an hour for lunch and will be having meetings all afternoon at our individual schools in the afternoon.  So tomorrow will feel like Monday all over again. 
Hope all the newbies are doing well. 
Hope those who are anxiously awaiting news from their insurance companies/doctor's offices will get news soon.  Waiting is so difficult.
Hope Gail is feeling a little stronger today and is a little more comfortable.
Hope Ellen and her DH travel safely to Minn. this week.
Hope all goes well for Sherri's test on Friday the 10th and that the new doc finally gets some answers for her.

It sounds like you had alot of fun this weekend. I am so glad!! Yesterday, I just played it lazy all day.

At least you recouped some of your as money back.  It was good to meet you at the clothing exchange and thanks for all your help getting mine and LaChelle's clothes out.  I had planned on being there a lot earlier then I was, but stupid construction caused me to get lost.
