Tell me about the ELFs?

I am not sure what this ELF thing is all about. I am sure that it is because I am so new here. Can someone explain this to me?

Congrats on your recent surgery...and welcome to the board.

The secret elf thing...is like 'secret pal'. Once a month, who-ever's name you have, you send them a little something...e-card, card, gift. It should not always be by ecard though. Also, something a little special for holidays or dates that are important to them (birthdate, wedding and surgery anniversary). We do the drawing twice a year...January and July.

To be included on the invitation list, you must be on the Hoosier Directory that is maintained by Floyd ([email protected]). Send him your screen name, real name, address, phone #'s, special dates, and spouse name.

I see you are in South Bend.  I'm in Granger.  My surgery was only about 3 weeks before yours.  How are you doing?
