It is Clothing Exchange Day finally!
YIPPPPEEEEE! IT IS THE DAY!!! IT IS CLOTHING EXCHANGE DAY FINALLY! I THOUGHT IT WOULD NEVER GET HERE!!! HERE IT IS!!! CAN'T WAIT TO SEE EVERYONE!! HEIDI IS THE FIRST ONE I WILL MEET AND THEN EVERYONE ELSE!
I WISH I WOULD HAVE CHECK THE BOARD LAST NIGHT BEFORE I WENT TO SLEEP SO I COULD HAVE MET UP WITH SOCKI AND SHE COULD HAVE CAME TO KOKOMO AND WENT WITH US! I WILL SEE YOU ALL AT 11:00 OR SO. HOPEFULLY EVERYONE WILL ARRIVE SAFELY AND WILL ALL HAVE A GREAT TIME!

Good morning everyone!
Well...my sf strawberry (high protein!!) dessert is in the fridge. My chicken-green bean casserole is in the oven. I'm about to put myself in the shower. And then I think I'll be about set to go to the exchange! Woo-hoo! I get to see my friends!! I get to make new friends!! Yes people, I DO love clothing exchange days! And for those of you who I haven't met before...PLEASE come up to me and introduce yourself! Some of you look nothing like your pics so please don't assume I'll know who you are, ok? I know that 4 hours can seem like a long time (especially at work! LOL!) but the time just flies by at these get togethers.
See you all in a little bit. Drive safe. For those who can't make it...I so hope you can make it the next time! We have a blast at these things!
Oh...the next thing...
We often have impromptu dinners (like a week or so ago when we met up with Janene & Mark, Floyd & Brenda, and Gail). We also have 'set' things that we do through the year...like the camp-out we had in August. The next 'set' thing will be the annual Ornament Exchange. Last year it was at Floyd & Brenda's. I know they are planning to be out of town for the holidays so I don't know if they are going to be able to host this event this year or not. If not, we may be looking at moving it to a restaurant or something...although I KNOW they won't be near as good of hosts! This event takes place in December....so keep looking for more information coming up! The first year that Linda Kay hosted this, there were 5 of us. Last year? I think it was just under 30!
