Pumpkin Muffins-- easy and yummy

1box spice cake mix- or carrot cake mix- or devils food cake- I used the carrot cake mix(JUST use the mix- DO NOT add eggs, oil, etc)
1 15 oz can PUMPKIN- NOT pumpkin pie mix
1 cup water - or- apple cider

Mix all ingredients together!

I made mini muffins- bake @ 350 for 13-15 min!

If you use the devils food- I have heard that if you try them warm they taste FUNNY but great after cooled! I used the carrot cake mix and well they were FINE- WARM! My son didn't give them much of a chance to cool- lol!

Do you add the eggs and oil or is it just the box mix??   I figure I can't go wrong with any recipe you have on here!  I'm still eating the apple salad!
