Mock Caramel Apple Dessert

MOCK CARAMEL APPLE SALAD

I made this before at 1 of my clothing exchanges and it was a hit, a FLOYD FAV! HOPE you enjoy it as well!

MOCK CARAMEL APPLE SALAD

4-5 APLLES***
1 lg tub of COOL WHIP LITE
2 sm. boxes of s/f butterscothch pudding
lemon juice
chopped peanuts

In med bowl peel and dice apples***  then toss with a little lemon juice- so they won't turn brown 

In a seperate bowl mix pudding powder (mix only powder- DO NOT ADD MILK) and cool whip together

after tossing apples and mixing powder/cool whip add ALL together

CAN garnish with chopped peanuts if so desired! I usually put 1/2 with nuts and 1/2 without- my hubby hates nuts! LOL

***I use 4 red and 1 green- I peel 3 red and leave one red and green skin on for color BUT you can peel ALL of them- depends on if your pouch can handle peelings!
