Monday Mornin' Blahhhs

Well, the new week is here. Finally a day off for me, then it's back to work for 2 more days. At least I'll get to sleep today. I'm wore out. Tonight was really slow. We only had 9 patients, got one admit early in the shift, and absolutely nothing going on for the rest of the night. I've got one hour to go til I get off. Let the countdown begin. When I get home, my boyfriend and I are going to Walmart to get a few things, so no sleep right away, but that's okay...I'll just nap when he leaves at 2:30 to go to work. I hate working weekends! UGH!!

Good morning all! I have to go into both jobs today. I'm not looking forward to my morning. I checked email over the weekend, and my boss wants me to meet with him this morning. Sigh. What can you do, though? Not too much. Too bad I didn't win the Powerball this weekend, right?!?! I don't know... I haven't checked my numbers, but I think I would have heard by now if the winning ticket had been sold in Terre Haute.

The wedding on Saturday went well. Me and Maggie did look pretty good. She had a white flower girl's dress, and my dress was hunter green. I don't know what in the world I'll do with it now, but it did look good. I might donate it... I think there's a formal clothes closet in town to help out girls who can't afford one. I just don't have room for it in my closet. I had a really good time. I even danced a bit. I would have never done that two years ago!!!

Good morning all.  What a night!  We went to our friends wedding last night, and it was the most unique and beautiful ceremony that I believe I have ever seen!  It was done in the Cherokee Indiana tribal tradition.  Talk about breathtaking and amazing.  I will post pictures on my MySpace page once I get them all uploaded.  I think I took over 200 yesterday!  Of course that was including the Hubers event yesterday too, so I will get those uploaded as well!
Hope everyone has a great day today.  I have to work for a change.  I don't recall ever working many Mondays, so hopefully it will be slow enough for me to handle! LOL

Good Monday morning!

Today is just work. It's nice having 3 day weekends (I work 10 hr days, M-Th) but it is so hard to have to come back to work on Mondays! I'll just be working some more on this report data that I've been working on. I hope to get my part of it done this week. Of course, that all depends on if my group number is needed for jury duty though. It wasn't for today anyway. I've been on desk duty for ~a month because of the opening in my belly. The company doctor didn't want it to be open-ended so I have to check in with him once a month. I'm suppose to see him before Oct. 3rd..so I'm going to try to get in to see him today just in case I do need to go in for jury duty. I need to take advantage of my number not being needed today just in case it is tomorrow & I miss the rest of the week.

We didn't go to an orchard yesterday. The two closest ones to us were both closed yesterday. Maybe Friday (if I'm not at the courthouse anyway).

Ellen..I hope you're doing better today. I think I would talk to the property owners where you fell and tell them that you want them to pay the expenses for you to get checked out. It really sounds like you need a few x-rays sweetie.

I hope you all have a terrific day...and a wonderful start of the new week. Here in Indy, it's suppose to be nice today, but tonight, the rain is suppose to start and the temps drop. brrrrrr...I am NOT looking forward to winter at all!

IT"S MONDAY.......
 Well I am on days this week, so back in the land of the living. Bella stayed in Ohio w/ my parents for a couple of days, so I am without my sidekick for a ouple more days. Tyler has a football game at decatur central tonight, So i will get to sit out in the rain! I just ate some greek yogurt/protein powder/pumpkin breakfast! I need to jump in the shower and get ready. Counting down the days until the clothing exchange.....5.5 to go. Can't wait to see my fellow losers! I look forward to this day ,every 3 months, Brings me such happiness.Oops alarm is just now going off, better turn it off and jump in the shower! Have a great day.

Good morning all!
Had a good weekend get away this past weekend.  Stayed with my aunt in New Albany, IN and visited with my cousin and his family. Visited with a friend that is lives in Louisville that I hadnt seen in like 6 yrs. Sunday went to Huber's and met a bunch of new people from IN & KY.  Didnt get to meet everyone cause I had to cut my visit short to get back on the road to home.

Janene-its good to see you posting again.  Glad you got you a job? 

We are suppose to get some rain tonight and cooler weather.  Like Sherri said, im not looking forward to winter.  I used to love the winter but now I freeze in the summer so I know I will probably turn into a block of ice in the winter.

so it is monday morning and i only have 4 more days to go!!! :)  the closer it gets the more nervous... even tho i am super excited! :)  anyway... this weekend was busy.  my aunt (on my dads side) and my cousin (on my moms side)are both running for an office. my aunt is running for treasurer and my cousin is running for judge.  we have been out helping with the campaign, which is good bc i have been walking a lot more.  we walked in a parade on saturday.  i didnt get anything i needed to get done at the house and the trailer :( so i guess it will just have to wait!!! i started to realize that it is going to suck for me for a while. i am not going to be able to go anywhere by myself, or stay at my house even, when my hubby goes to work.  i will prob stay at my parents. my daughter is still in her crib, so i will not be able to lift her in and out, or in and out of the car... i hope they dont get sick of me!!!
anyway... i am only working until wed.  i am taking thur off to spend with my daughter and my hubby and we are going up to carmel thur night to stay in a hotel, bnc i have to be at st v at 6am.  hopefully i will get the internet at our new house tomorrow!!! i can not wait!!! why is it that it seems you are always waiting on SOMETHING!!!

Monday is almost over, at least for me.  Hit the snooze several times this morning.  Had a busy weekend like most of you.  We did get up to Atlanta to the Earth Festival on Saturday and had a good time. 

Went to visit my sister in law at Community a couple of times.  She's in the rehab unit but will be transferring closer to home in Monticello later this week.  She isn't able to keep up with the rehab that is required there so she has to move to a regular nursing home.   She had a major stroke during her liver transplant surgery.  Her spirits are good though.

We just got hammered with rain and a little hail.  I know we need it and I'll take the rain over the snow and ice I know we will be having in a couple of months.
