Huber's aftermath

Well.....first off...THANKS to everybody that came....I no longer feel like a failure at organizing these get togethers!  36 people...too kool!  I tried to get pics of everyone but know I missed a couple or so! Sorry...too busy running my mouth! Imagine that! I have posted the pics on my profile in case anyone wants to check them out! Dale and I went into the farmer's market....omg....I needed a bucket for my watering mouth! I got Sarah her rock candy and Aubrey her white choc dipped pretzels. Dale got a licoice flavored candy stick and I just stood and stared at the carmel apples forever. They looked so damn good, but after the biscut at dinner I could not do it. I can proudly say I walked out of there with nothing for me!  BUT.....we did stop and get a pepsi at the gas station and I drank a little of it. Now I feel like I am bloated up!  I truly had fun seeing everyone! Its like a family reunion each time we get together! Thanks again for coming.....Jen it was great to meet you...wish we could have talked a bit more! Lachelle...always a blast...hope Jimmy made his 9:30 bedtime...lol...I know he didn't but I am sure he did well at Poker! Glad you guys came.....

Sounds like you guys had a blast. Rich ended up having to go work a few hours and I woke up really hurting today and i'm out of pain meds sooo crabby butt is me. I'm sorry I missed you guys!!!!! I swear one of these days I'll actually make it to one of these events. :(

What an absolute blast we had today!!!  The girls are still talking about it!  Have to get all the pictures uploaded!  No, Jimmy didn't make his 9:30 curfew, but thats ok, we just missed it by about 45 minutes. He is crawling in bed as I type, so he will get enough sleep I hope.  It was such a wonderful day today, and the wedding was so beautiful!  I am so thankful to have been able to take today off and spend it with all of my wonderful friends!
Lee Ann, you did an absolute wonderful job in planning this event!  You Rock, Girlfriend!!!  It was so much fun chatting with you!  I can't wait to get together again soon!  Maybe we can visit again really soon!  You never know, the next Nortons meeting is only a few days away! LOL
Jenny, honey, you look AMAZING!!!  I still can't get over how wonderful you look!  I would have never believed that was you if you hadn't called me by my name first! LOL  Great seeing you again, and thanks so much for bringing my clothes to the exchange!!  It was also great chatting with your girls!  They are so proud of you, and all that you have accomplished.  They have really learned alot from you too, in regards to being healthy!  It really shows what a wonderful mother you are!
I need to get to bed, but I just wanted to say thanks on here, and I will pop over on the KY board to chat it up with all over there as well!  We have so much fun when we are together!  It could be 2-200 and no matter what, we all have something in common, we like to talk! LOL (bet ya thought I was going somewhere else with that, weren't ya! LOL)

Okay, now I am confused.  This wasn't the clothing exchange, right?  I thought that was NEXT weekend?  I really wanted to try and come to that.  I really want to meet some of you ladies in PERSON! 

So, clothing exchange is NEXT weekend in INDY, Yes? 

Yes, the clothing exchange is on Saturday in Indy.  I am not going to be able to attend this one, and had so many clothes again, that Jenny has graciously offered to bring them home with her and take them to the exchange for me.  She was down here in Southern Indiana visiting family, so it was the perfect timing for her to join us at a get-together.
We are starting to plan a shopping day in Edinburg sometime soon.  Misty will be posting more about it once the date has been set.  Hope you can drive down and meet us then also!

First of all, thank you to LeeAnn for setting this up at Huber's.  It is a really neat place. It was a pleasure to finally meet you as well.
It was good to meet some new people.  I just wished I could have stayed a little longer to chit chat, but I had to get back on the road to get home. I still had a 3 1/2 hr drive ahead of me.  I got home about 7:45 last night. 
LaChelle- You look amazing as well!
I am glad my kids are learning from my eating habits. I dont want to see them go through what I have had to go through.  I try my best to be a good mother to them and teach them the right ways.

Jenny...thanks again for coming! Like I said before I know that drive sucks! I am due to go back up sometime in late October to see my mom...You would think it would go faster each time huh?!  You have beautiful girls! And you look great! Try not to work too hard! Maybe see ya Sat!
