protein ---syntrax nectar

Just wanting to see some ideas of your favrorite protein powders.  Someone mentioned syntrax nectar--is that the fruit juice and do you like it?

Please share some ideas to get the protein in.  Thanks, Terry

I would mix protein in my broth and oatmeal. I couldn't drink the milk with protein...sooooo I buy soy protein and use it. Get it at Walmart...vanilla flavor. Also when I had my surgery, Floyd and Brenda gave me samples of Designer Whey protein...unflavored..LOVED That.

thing is...don't go buying a bunch of it now...your taste will be different after the surgery. So I would wait. Look online and on this site...can find free samples out there...keep them till after surgery then you can decide which works best  and not spend all the $$$.

I love the nectar fuzzy navel mixed with strawberry banana south beach water mix (like crystal light).  It makes a tropical yummy drink that goes down well.
