I was lurking around on the recipe baord and came across your fajita recipe! Thanks so much- it was awesome!

I only had one complaint! LOL

I had to use some chicken before it was to go bad so I put all in the crockpot last night and had it ready for hubby to take to work today and share with his fellow employees and I was told this morning by my son that I shouldn't have had to make everyone suffer smelling the fajitas all night long! Food  for thoughts and dreams I guess, heheheh

anyway, I let him have some to try this a.m. and told him that I intended on making more today for a church euchre gathering tonight, so he is now a happy camper and looking forward to coming home from school and having this for dinner! Just wanted to say THANKS and it is a keeper! It was inexpensive and was very easy! We love going out for fajitas, BUT this will help with the need/urge to splurge! LOL!

I also made my MOCK CARAMEL APPLE SALAD and am making more again tonight too! Everyones bellies will be full tonight! I am smelling it now- good thing I must leave soon for the doc or I would be enjoying some before hand, too!

I am trying to find the fajita recipe but haven't yet.  Sounds good.  What about the carmel apple salad, is there a recipe posted for that also?  THanks, Terry

Dawn, I am so glad that you liked the recipe. I find that everyone that eats it loves it. My som just loves it and wants me to make it all the time. I really should make it more than I do since it would make things easier on me for one thing. :-)

I am going to make a thread for it so Terry will be able to get it too. That way if anyone wants to try it they will have it.

Can you post the apple salad recipe? I don't remember seeing it and I hate going through all those on the recipe board. I wish they had a place to put a name in and it would come up but that is dreaming I am sure. haha

The mock carmel apple salad sounds great, where can I find the receipe?
