Shanna, more protein shakes please

Hi Jaqui,

I model my smoothies after Blizzards. SO I just tweek them to make them no/low sugar.....My base is 8 ounces 1% milk, 1 scoop body fortress vanilla....I have about 6 different Davinci SF syrups, SF Jello, Extract flavors. I also use a smidge of nuts sometime and fozen fruits. You need just a bit of each for a smoothie protein shake. This week I did Pumpkin Pie. ( pumpkin pie blizzards start back next week) 2  tblsps. of pureed pumpkin, SF vanilla syrup, 2 sf shortbread cookies, Ice, milk, protein powder. Wisked up in my magic bullet. Next time I am gonna add some Cinnamon and nutmeg...yummo! You could aslo put some Fat free whip cream on top! Anything I can use as a flavor I do. I just don't do well w/ chocoalte flavors so I really don't do those too much anymore. I can also do a Peanut butter Jelly smoothie that is quite good :)
Connie has been Pm'ing me lately every couple days for a new recipe, so It keeps me on my toes!

 

I do think at the next clothing exchange I am gonna do a Protein smoothie bar setup!

Thanks Shanna!  I LOVE pumpkin blizzards.  I love pumpkin anything.  It's always been my favorite flavor.  Needless to say, I'm a Halloween nut too.

I wish I could make the next exchange.  I know your protein smoothie bar will be a big hit.
