My official before and 12 month pics from the nuts..
So I got my official dr's office before pic and my 12 month pic I figured I'd post it for you guys. I'm having a rough day as the scale once again has gone up for some unknown reason. I just wanna scream and cry and pray that the hematologist doesn't weigh me today because when it asks your weight I put 198 which I was the day I filled it out and I'm up to 206 or so. The only other thing I can think of is my scale is messed up but I'm afraid of weighing on the wii fit because it says toxic to me lately in my frame of mind today. I don't need reminding that I'm OBESE. It will also try to make me explain why I gain weight and I can't I don't know doesn't work but so many times because this lil booger is a snotty thing it'll say "surely you know that eating too much or WHATEVER is the typical cause of weight gain" it doesn't have anything for constipation or week before period or anything.
Anyways heres my official before and 12 month pics from my nuts office..

side:

I needed these today I am so glad they finally the chance to email me but I'm soo frigging bummed out that I still don't see it. Even the after pics I see a slight difference but I see a woman that is just slightly smaller. I feel hopeless. I feel like the lady in the cereal commercial with the scale chained to her. :(

Oh My!! You look beautiful!! I hope you take a little time to just look and think about how much better you feel. Find one thing that's easier to do and focus on that. Be good to yourself - you have done an awesome thing this last year and it will only get better!!!

The difference is mind-blowing, you look great. Even though you don't see it right now, I know you're smart enough to accept that 100# lost has to be good for your long-term health. You've come a long way with the body part, now you're working on the head part. You might still be a work in progress, but you're shaping up to be a Rembrandt or Michelangelo!
