Good Friday Morning!

Gotta love the sound of rain falling.  We have needed it for so long, so I am glad it is finally raining!

Time to get the girls out to the bus. It is Friday at least, so they won't have much to do other than that.  It is also homecoming here, so today will be filled with fun things for them to do!

I have to start getting ready for work too.  I get to stand floor today, so that is good.  Have a great day all!

Off to work soon...window displays to be done for upcoming festivals! I am pooped and glad it is friday! A friend of my daughter is now living with us and I feel like all I have done is laundry every day! I would love to choke the person who made layering two, three, or four tops a fashion trend! They apparently so not do their own laundry! She does go to school full time and is actually graduating at the end of this year...her junior year. She has done summer school as well as early classes everyday to be able to. She also works 20-30 hours a week. She will be the first to graduate in her family and she is the youngest of four. The parents are split and both off in their own worlds and basically drain her financially as well as mentally. Hope being here calms that down some. She is a great young lady.

Good morning fellow hoosiers, so glad it is Friday even tho I don't have a job outside of home I still like Friday's.  I had a follow up appt with my surgeon yesterday, he seemed pleased with the way things are progressing.  I expressed my concerns with him about my slow loss and he said it was because I didn't have that much to lose so my loss will be slower.  Something I already heard but I guess I needed him to validate it lol. I also found out that at St Francis we have a councelor that we can use for free for life, thats fantastic!  I got measured at Curves on Wednesday to see how many inches I have lost and since Jan I have lost 45 1/2 inches ......WOW thats almost 4 feet of me gone!!  I never dreamed at the end of this journey it would be 4 ft much less a few months into it. 

I met one of my neighbors a couple of weeks ago when we both were swimming in the lake.  She mentioned that she was working to be approved for weight loss surgery.  Boy did that give us something to talk about.  She has since joined this fourm so when you see her be sure to say hello she is very sweet and will be coming to the clothing exchange with me.  Her online name is "ladygirl".  Prayers to those in need and hugsss to everyone.....

Good Morning All....

Got the kiddos off to school, sitting here sipping my protein....
Went for my first workout at Curves last night.....felt really good....cannot wait for Curves Smart to get going....will be like having my own personal trainer.

Today is doing things around the house.....tonight...maybe doing Curves....if not tomorrow morning!!!

We were supposed to be camping, but because of the rain, we are skipping that.....thinking DH will work at the Fire Station, and I am off to see Ellen....Purses here I come!!!!!!  Might end up taking the kids....just not sure of that yet!!!!!

Good morning everyone!

I'm off today. Woo-hoo! It's the first Friday since I've been doing fout 10-hour days that I get the whole day off without having to have a medical procedure done! I think we're going to run over to Burlington's afterwhile so I can pick up some stuff for one of our granddaughter's birthday (Shyanne). She'll be 3 on Monday. I can't handle being around many kids right now so we're not going to do the usual dinner out with all the kids & grandkids this time. We're just picking up Shyanne & her mommy (Shelly) and taking them out to eat. I wish my stomach problems would all go away so I can be the Mamaw I want to be! It is so frustrating sometimes!

Good Morning all,
 Man I haven't been feeling well lately. I am a little woosy! AF has been here for almost 2 weeks. Ever since I had my Mirena put in Af has been really wacky. That and combine with the weight loss, it's all screwed up. I am probably pretty low on Iron. Which I always was before anyway. I started to up my Vits. yesterday so I am gonna keep up and see if that helps.
   I also fell last week, thought I bruised my Tailbone, now I am almost thinking maybe I broke or atleast chipped it. I am awful pain. The last 3 days has been just awful. It hurts more today than it did last week.

   I need to get movin'. I have to run by work and pick up my check and pay some bills before I have to be back before 3. I want to run by a store or 2 and look at dresses for Clarians Party. I want to get an Idea of what I am gonna wear. I have no idea what style would look good on me and I will need to Invest In a really good UNDERGarment. (SUCK it in Girls)

Tyler had a football game tonight. I work though. Thats okay because there is a chance of storms anyway and def. rain. So I wouldn't go anyway. Hope everyone is feeling weel and doin' good and have a great weekend. Only 1 day till Ellen's Purse Party! Woohoo See ya all there!

Good morning (almost afternoon)
I had my doc appt this morning to check this breast lump. She sent me over and I had a mammogram and ultrasound of the area. They didnt find anything. Said everything looked fine!
I was really happy. Thank you to all those that included me in your prayers, it means the world to me.

Working tomorrow a 12 hr shift.  My wedding anniversary is Sunday (17 years) Hopefully DH will take me out to eat somewhere.  We usually dont buy for one another maybe just go out to dinner.
