i am so glad that you are doing this. i am glad your first appointment went well. as if our body image isnt messed up enough, then we go and lose a bunch of weight and our poor minds just cant catch up. hope you are feeling good about yourself REAL soon.  ((((hugs))))        heidi

itsn't weird how soo much of all this is an emotional thing. I know when I have talked to porfessional before, It really has helped. Heck when I talk to you guys...it helps and is a heck of a lot cheaper.....LOl Hope you feel lots better. I know you are lookin' awesome.

Thanks, it really was hard. I put it off over and over to be honest.

A friend that is local but doesn't post much and I have been PM'ing a bit and she recommended someone and althought he specific person she mentioned isn't with that group anymore the therapist they set me up with was awesome. I've heard it can take a few appointments and tries to find someone you click with but in all honesty I felt that click.
