Tuesday Afternoon:
I have dropped somethings off at the consignment store to fund my" Help I need warmer clothes" Situation. Becasue Ladies and Gentleman....I AM FREEZING! BRRR...I def. am gonna be in trouble come winter. I am gonna have to carry around an electric blanket with me.

This morning I was 158....Yeah! I am starting to move down again. I am really  working hard this week since my TOM has been here, man all I wanted to do last week was snack!

I can't believe it's almost Clothing Exchange time already. I am super- Uber excited that I get to meet more of ya'll! Speeking of Ya'll anybody heard from Our cowgirl Janene, lately? I know i was thinking about her the other day and then someone posted a ? about her. Has anybody heard from her?

Hi everyone,
Everyone has left & the  house is quiet now- had my wonderful Sisters in Christ here for our monthly get-together. Talk about giggles, fun, food, and fellowship -it was awesome! I made hot Chicken Salad- yummy. We are going to Tenn. in Nov. so trying to plan ahead for it, plus, next yr's Woman's Retreat. The possible speaker was here & she is a dear. I love to see young women on fire to witness to others about the love of God. Her hubby had tongue cancer & they told him he would never talk again- & he is a minister!Well, not only can he talk, but he is still preaching & just took a associate Pastors job locally! The power of God is amazing!

 I am  getting ready for my Diva Girls Purse Party this Sat.--now  if I could figure out what to serve! It is an Open House, so you can come & go as you please.  if you'd likje to join us- go to mapquest & type in 332 South B St. thorntown, In. 46071 & you'll get directions on how to come from where you are to here!i am not too good at giving out the directions- unless you are local.
FYI~don't take 52 N.~it is under road construction- go to the Sheridan/Thorntown exit  on 65 N.  Turn left on 47- follow it to Thorntown.  Go 1 block past SR.75 to B St.- turn left ( the only way you can go) then come all the way to the end of the street - we are the last house on the left. Big tan/brick/burgandy stuttered house. There will be a sign out front.

I am feeling alot better today- I tell you, when the IBS/allergy kicks in there is no stopping it- till it clears. Then I am left worn out! I ABSOLUTLY  can't do garlic anything anymore!So many reciepes call for it- one of the ladies brought a cheese ball with it in it- not for me! Same thing for MSG- ugh!

Okay, I know it's evening now SO have a good evening!

I haven't posted an update on myself lately so I thought I would.  I have started the 4th week out from back surgery (8/18) and I started back part-time to my job yesterday.  I WAS BUSHED when I got home.  I worked til noon and was hurting so badly I couldn't wait to get into the car to get home to lay down.  I guess the weight just compressed my spine and that is what made it hurt.  Sitting hurts more than standing or laying down.  Today wasn't nearly as bad but I still have pain (not enough for pain medicine though!).  Yesterday I got caught up in the traffic of the deadly apartment fire that is just across the street from my house here in Lebanon.  If I would have known, I wouldn't have taken the shortcut which took it right by the fire!  Traffic was terrible and all I wanted to do was get home to lay down!

Tonight is the Frankfort support group and I plan on attending.  I purposely layed down all afternoon so I wouldn't be in pain this evening sitting in a chair.   I can't wait as I really need to go to support!

I have to say thanks to all on here that sent me cards, e-cards, e-mails and p.m.s. during my recovery.  Everyone on here is so nice.  I would love to come to the clothing exchange.  I will have to see how I feel.  Perhaps I could get Lisa (Lisaladybug) to come along also.  I would LOVE to meet you all!

great to see you back on LaChelle.  Isn't God good?  He meets our needs not before we need them met but exactly when we are at a point where we need to turn to Him.  I am glad things have worked out for you.  Keep us posted about your DH's job interview.  I hope things go well. 
Well, my birthday day has been nice.  I took special treats to the teacher's lounge in celebration.  Then I went to a local restaurant with my granddaughter, where I got 10.00 off my dinner.  I have enough left overs for 2 more meals!  But it was nice not to have to cook tonight.  Micah is down in Indy.  She has been using Priceline.com to get her hotel on Tues. nights.  She got a 3 star tonight for $52!  She is staying in the lap of luxury.  She said they even provide you with lavendar spray to scent your linens so you will sleep better.  Wow!  Wish I was there too.
Hope all are doing well today and tonight.  I know one gal is scheduled for surgery tomorrow, but I can't recall her name.  But nonethe less she is in my prayers as sher embarqs on this awesome journey!  Hugs to all...Karen
