BIG Hurt!!.. I have GOT to start cleaning my house every day instead of every 6 months!!!!  I get so busy living my life I just don't get around to cleanning... now I hurt!!! the Loratab inst making a very big dent in the pain... sigh!! Not going to church today... going back to bed instead.. then going to get up and clean my den.... I get HIGH SPEED on Teu!!!!

Just sitting here eating my breakfast. I swear that I am going to clean my house today. Then this evening my daughter & I are going to Beef & Boards to see the producer's. I swear no dessert for me tonight, even though they have good SF. I can't handle the trigger foods. I am still back on track and planning to stay there!

Spent part of yesterday cleaning carpets.  I hate housework, but I do enjoy a clean house.  I feel like I have accomplished a lot if I can get laundry done, bathroom cleaned and the sweeper run on a weekend.  I'm glad I have a small place!!

Church today and after than more than likely a nap.  I've got a couple of books started and should get in to them so I can pass them on.  I went crazy at the Half Price Bookstore's clearance bins.  I have enough books to last the next two winters.  Once bad weather sets in I don't go anywhere except work and church. 

This week I am going to go to an exercise dance class two nites a week.  I already do it during the day for 1/2 hour, the evening classes go for and hour.  I figure I need to get more exercise and get my eating habits back on track.  I've come too far to go back to the old me.  In the last year I've put on 18 pounds.  It's got to stop now.  A lot of it is mindless eating, especially when I get stressed at work or bored at home.  I just need to stay focused.   I'm already feeling the effect with joint pain and knee problems again.

Hope that you are having a great day and finding yourself feeling a bit better!

I just came home from church and a pichin afterwards! I have been so busy! We had the Peace Party yesyerday and then of course the 3 Hour Endurance Race last night! I finally ended up home at 1 a.m and then up early this morning after a long day yesterday!
We  enjoyed the race and the drama along with it! Dossey was leading by a long shot and then ended up hit in the crossover, out of car uninjured BUT mad and ready to fight! Police came onto the track! It is going to replay on TV, I am planning on watching it AGAIN! Thanks for selling us the tickets, my mom and I enjoyed it and used the girl time to catch up!

Anyway, not much else happening! The guys are off to the COLTS/Bears game tonight and I plan on relaxing and watching it on tv- peace and quiet and rest- maybe even a small nap to catchup!

Hope everyone is doing well and I have been thinking of so many - can't wait to see some of you and meet others! Hugz till next time! Dawn

First thing this morning Bill & I both had to go to Speedrome.com and see who won. LOL! Who'd Jack get into it with? Pppllleeeaasseee tell me it was a Tunny! Hahaha!! It's cool that Fred won. Wi**** was Jack but at least it wasn't a Tunny. Bill said it's going to be on TV on Dec. 31st on WNDY (23) at noon. Bill put it on his Yahoo calendar so we can be sure to watch it. Bill asked me if you said if you ate any of the grilled stuff. The last time we went there Bill had the BBQ ribs and I had the pulled pork. Both we fantastic.

We're really glad that you & your mom had a good time & that the tickets didn't go to waste.

Holly I feel just like you. I need to get over this got things to do. One doctor said to be at the St V's at 6am the other said be their at 7am, I guess I am not the only one who messes up time frames.But surgery is on Oct 2nd. Love to all. Gail
