After a month out, im starting to think my doctor just poked holes in my stomach blew me up then deflated me and sent me back to my room!!!!
i've had one episode of dumping. it was with apple juice.
I only felt full the first 5-10 days out from surgery. Now, nothing at all, no full feeling. I just get bored of eating after 1 oz, and leave the food alone. i still drink 2 protein drinks a day sometimes 3, of which I do not feel full from it.
And about 13 days after surgery I actually started getting thirsty pains, I thought maybe they were hunger pains but when I drank crystal light they would go away.

so i just dont know

sometimes it just takes a little while to set in. your bored of eating is probably actually your full sign. one you completely heal, you'll be able to notice quickly. i feel totally different at almost 6 months than i did at 4 months or 2 months. just relax and follow the rules. sometimes i can eat a whole protein bar in one sitting then the next time i have to take at least an hour break between halves and then a week later that same type of protein bar gives me the dumps so bad i wanna puke to get rid of it. everything i**** and miss.

One thing I had to relearn was that I didn't have to eat until I was 'full'. I just have to be satisfied. Maybe you're relearning that without realizing it, because you're getting 'bored'? Just a thought. But yeah, you don't have to be full.
