I know I don't have to post here to tell you my info but here it is anyway.

I use generic chewable vitamins that I get at Wal-Mart.  They are comparative to Flintstones Complete.  I use three a day.  Right now my calcium suppliments are Sugar Free Calcium Soft Chews that I get at Wal-Mart too.  They are calcium carbonate and it's not recommended that we use this kind but it's all I can find until Creamy Bites are available again.  I use 4 of these a day.  I get my Vit B1 at Wal-Mart and take one a week with a Vit B12 shot once a month that my mommy gives me.  Dr. Diaz wrote a script for the shots.  I take two pepcid complete chewable tablets a day.  They are actually cheaper at Buy Low.  $3 a bottle cheaper than Wal-Mart!

Love you Sweetie!

Okay.  I know alot of people use the Bariatric Advantage vitamins but they're more expensive.  I was just wondering about the ones you could buy at Wally World.  The literature from my doc says they may recommend  a daily multivitamin but of course it needs to be liquid or chewable.  Good to know that they are working well for you.  I'll save myself a little money.

Jacqui...I had heard at one time that if you drink a little bit of juice with your calcium cabonate that it completes the molecule to made it into 'citrate' instead. I don't know the truth to it but if you are doing a carbonate anyway, a little bit of low sugar OJ wouldn't hurt to try....

ps..I use the generic chewable children's vitamins at Kroger's...same nutrients, cheaper, and taste SLIGHTLY better...

I use Flintstones (3xdaily).  I had the Centrum chewables and they were so nasty I couldn't take it anymore.  I have to eat/drink so many bad tasting things I had to draw a line.  I use the Tropical Oasis liquid calcium from GNC.  It doesn't taste too bad.  My B's, D and zinc I got at Meijer.  I don't know about everywhere but in my town Meijer has a MUCH larger selection of vitamins and supplements then Wal-mart.
