tomorrow is my one year anniversary 2 days early

I go see my doctor tomorrow for my one year check up.  I hope to be down 150 lbs when i weigh in.  If I could cut off this excess skin I know I would be.  I still have more to lose but baby do I feel GREAT.  Sorry I haven't been on much but so much in my life has changed that I am up moving moving moving, instead of sitting on my behind at this computer. I never thought I would feel this good so fast and did that year go fast.  I wouldn't give it up for anything.  Hope everyone is doing good.  I will keep all of your in my thoughts and prayers.  Lisa

Lisa, so good to hear from you. The wonderful things that are happening to you are just glowing in your words. Isn't it just fantastic to be loving life as we are meant to be? I wouldn't change my life for anything. I told my wls nurse that if I never lost another pound it was worth it just in the weight that I have lost and also in the joys and changes that I have experienced. I am so glad that God brought me to this point in my life.
