1. A "Over the Hills Party "for my Brother- it was a blast!(Atleast till his wife's 2 brothers came- can we say "stinking drunk"!!!!!

1. I surprised my parents with a 30th wedding anniversary party.....I arranged for both of my sisters to come to the party as well......and even my only surviving aunt made the trip in from California to the party!  Talk about a wonderful time, and I was so thankful that I was able to do it, because my father passed away less than 2 years later.

1. What's the sneakest thing you've ever done to surprise someone OR the sneakest thing that was done to YOU to surprise you?

I had a surprise birthday party for Bill on his 50th. He had never had a birthday party in his life and invited about 20 people or so to the restaurant and he never suspected a thing. He thought that we were meeting my  cousin and his wife for lunch. Yeah right on that one!

2. What is your favorite flower/plant?

My favorite flower is both the lilac and also violets. I can't decide which one is my favorite but I am thinking it is lilacs since I always mention them first!  Thanks Jo, I think you helped me to decide. lol

3. Just because Brenda requested this question, hahahahaha! Do you wipe with your left or right hand? JUST KIDDIN!!!!!!!!

Jo, I distictly remember this as YOUR question! But that is alright I will take the blame. lol I am a right handed woman but I use my left for that and for many other things. I play the guitar~or maybe I should say I try to play but have no idea what I am doing, with my left hand. I can write with either one also so I must be ambidextous also. The writing is MUCH better with my right hand though.

1.  My husband (currently my ex, but we still have a good relationship) surprised me the Christmas AFTER our divorce had been final in Aug with a sapphire and diamond ring that had a setting similar to my original wedding ring.  I know STRANGE!  I was SHOCKED!  I still wear the ring 5 years later.
2.  tulips are my favorite to look at, but carnations are my favorite to smell.  I have almost no sense of smell due to a childhood accident.  I can slightly smell a carnation.

as of today i cant think of a thing that someone has done for me elike that . i did get into a fight with first hubby so that he would leave so i could plan his birthday party/cookout everyone was around the corner and i couldnt get hi to leave so i picked a fight

1.  I helped a friend with a suprise birthday party for her husband.  I got him out of town so we could set up the party by telling him that I was expecting a motorcycle delivery as a suprise for my husband and could he please keep him away from home for the day.  It got the birthday boy involved in his own suprise.  He was so busy keeping my hubby away that he never got suspicious. Jealous, but not suspicious.

2.  I love wild violets.  Second place goes to lily of the valley.

1.  I surprised my husband with a 40th birthday party.  He was feeling lazy that day and even though I kept telling him he should go get dressed because he would feel better, he kept putting it off.  Finally my brother & sister and their families showed up and there he lay on the couch still in his shorts with no shirt!  (Thank goodness it was family!)  He kept saying "You should have told me!"  My response was "That isn't the definition of 'surprise party'!"

2.  I love roses with a strong scent, but they are hard to find.  It seems like roses hardly smell at all anymore.

3.  Definitely a rightie!  That was a major problem when I had surgery on my right hand!  I felt like my left arm wasn't long enough!!!
