Well it is the start of another week! I hope everyones weekend was really good. I had a nice time yesterday! My cousin got married a couple of weeks ago to this lovely woman he had been living with for about 5 years. So yesterday the Lions Club in Hardingsburg threw them a reception. There was tons of food. Some I could eat and some that I can't eat. I got lots of pictures of the happy couple and since I am up again before the crack of dawn I guess I will upload them to my computer. Did you know after you do that you can send them your pictures and they will print them for 19 cents. Of course if you want you can put them on websites like Snapfish.com and then everyone that would like to do so can copy them from there. That is my next step after Walgreens!
So everyone have a good week! Also please pray that I get a call back on a Job I applied for! Bye for now Michelle

Glad you had a great weekend, Michelle.  I know they were glad you got to come down.  Hope you hear good news on the job front. It is very frustrating just waiting around!  Good luck!

What did you wind up taking to the pitch-in?  Just wondering! LOL  Have a great day and ttyl

Good Morning everyone, not much going on today for me.  My son came over yesterday and brought his three kids.  We went swimming for about an hour, before it rained just enough to make us go home then it stopped.  The kids were ready to eat anyway.  I always enjoy the kids but when they leave it never fails but to look like a mini tornado came through my house.

I also applied for a job on Friday, I haven't worked in 7 years.  The interview went really well so I am hopeful.  Its only part time temporary work but that is fine with me, I just really need to get back out there and get my feet wet anyway.  He mentioned that he would reevaluate the position at the end of term and see about having the person come back in the spring.  Keep your fingers crossed for me because this job is a perfect match for me.

I have been having a terrible time trying to eat any meats, the first couple of weeks no problems.  I have had to basically change my menu to tofu and yoguart alternatives.   I have discovered that I actually like meatless chicken patties and meatless burgers!

Hey LaChelle the pitch in is this coming Saturday. Yesterday I didn't have to take anything the Lions Club ladies and there guys did all of the food. Well except the bride who thought we would run out of food! NOT!
As far as the reunion/pitch-in I am going to take some corn that I cut off the cob and froze. I am also going to take a banana split pie that Iamasweetheart sent to me the recipe. That way I can have some dessert too! Thanks for asking! About the job front the only thing frustrating about any of it is that I got a call after only one week of looking and Don hasn't gotten but a couple of calls and he has been "looking" since April! TTYL! Have a great day and week!
