Sherri's surgery went well
Hi everyone,
I talked to Sherri about 6 pm. & she had just got home. Everything went fine- once they finally got to her! Over 3 hr. wait from the original time- poor girl!!! The Dr. did stitch up the 3 areas and said she should be fine now. She is in alot of pain from the nerve endings FINALLY getting feelings back from her original surgery last October- so they are screaming! Luckly Dr. Gupta is so in touch with what is going on in her body & healing process. She did send her home with pain meds. to help control it.
Now, on to recovery from this- and the big test next Friday to see what is going on with her intestines swelling & flopping around. Please keep praying for her, friends! I know she appreciates everyone on here, and all of your thoughts & prayers.

Ellen, thanks for the update and you know that special prayers are continueing for Sherri. I am so glad that things went well for her. I thought about her during the day yesterday. Please keep us updated, will you, Ellen? Thanks again for the update.
