Good morning all! I hope you're all going to have a good day. Today is the first day of school in Vigo Co. Poor Mikey is always so nervous about going to school. He had a really rough year last year, and I don't think he's looking forward to it. He'll be going to a new school though, and we tried to tell him it's a fresh start. I hope this year is better for him than last year.

Other than that, all I've got today is work. Atleast I don't have to work in the evening, too. I am glad for that tonight. I want to just come home and put my feet up. That's bad. I'm not even dressed yet, and ready to go to bed for the night. Hehe.

Well, talk to yall later!

Good Morning!! Linda you look faaaaaaaabulous.

I'm up nice and early this morning, didn't sleep real good and I'm just very very restless because my tummy is aching. I'm pretty tired but oh well.. I've got a few errands to run today and should go do laundry. Yippee.. I can't wait til we get a washer & dryer at home. Not that we'd have anywhere to put it because our bathroom is still not fixed and neither is our bedroom closet so our laundry room is all cluttered.

Anyways I think thats it for now. I'll probally post later.

Good morning all!  Lots of things going on here today........I have the WHOLE day to myself, so I am going to be cleaning house, and putting up vegis in the freezer.  A friend has me 4 dozen ears of corn fresh picked, so I am going to cut it off the cob and freeze it!  Yummy!  I may have to save several ears out and fix them this evening for supper.  I am in the mood for meatloaf, and everyone else just loves my meatloaf, so that is the plan for supper this evening!
Just got Jimmy to work, and the girls are ready to hop on the bus in about 30 minutes.  Jimmy really likes working day shift now, and we do too.  That makes it more of a NORMAL life to spend with the girls now.  And, it also makes it a little easier for babysitters too.  Even on the weekend.
Not much else going on today.  Have a wonderful day all!  Take care, and ttyl!

Linda,

I hope Mikey has a good day today and is able to enjoy school. I hope the teachers this year are understanding...and cooperative with his special needs. My son Jay (now almost 26 yrs old) was diagnosed with ADDS when he was ~7. I could not get the teachers to do anything that was recommended for him. That was in Clinton...so not a big city school. I'm glad you are tonight. I'm sure he & his sister will have a zillion things they want to talk about tonight!

Morning all! I am home for the rest of the week. Braedyn has an ear infection, sinus infection, and the croup! My mom used to say we sounded croupy when we were little...I thought it was just one of her made up words ya know?! Nope...there really is something called croup. He is up to 13 ponds, 10.5 ounces! He has finally doubled his birthweight at 5 months old! He is such a grandma's boy. Right now he is sleeping. this thing is kicking his little butt.  I guess I will try to get some work done at home. Depends on him and how is feels today.  Another cool morning....sun is just coming up! Fall around the corner possibly?  Well......off to finish my coffee.....For those who are in need....prayers, good wishes, and congrats to those with successes!

Good morning to you Linda and all my other loser friends. I hope that today is going to be a blessed one for everyone.

Linda, I will be keeping Mikey in prayers today for his first day at school. He might be surprised this year and things will go really good for him. I do so hope so.

Nothing much going on here right now. Things are very tense and I am speaking to Bill only when needed. It is amazing how little I need to speak to him. Especially when I am doing nothing for him. If I am on my own so is he. What is good for the goose is good for the gander.

I have to go to the heart doctor this afternoon. I also have to get blood work for the urologist too. I keep forgetting that. Thank God it doesn't have to be fasting. I think I might get the blood work done before I go see the heart doctor. Or maybe after~hmmmmm........the decisions that a girl has to make. Life is tough at times. Something seems to tell me that he is going to want to run another echo. That is alright with me. There is nothing to them.

The sun is shinning outside today and it is going to be another hot one. It amazes me that I can tolerate the heat so much better now. I am surprised every time it happens. lol I am not sure just what is going to happen this winter. I can't seem to tolerate the cold anymore. Just the opposite of what it use to be.

I better get going. I am sending love and hugst to all. Prayers are going up for everyone and special ones are going up for those in need of them. Have a wonderful and blessed day today. You are where God wants you to be right now.

Good Morning all,

Ham and beans, mac and cheese, fried potatoes, and cornbread ( baked in my wagner wear cornbread molds) I had a few bites of each and wanted to beable to eat so much more but of course I couldn't. It was so so yummy. The boys ate most of it up, just a few beans left. Everything here is still the same. Ty at school, terry has school tonight and Bella and I running around picking up Tyler.

Hi there everyone- post #2- cause I can't shout out to just one bunch & not the other!  News flash---Dueling morning posts- hee~hee!!!!

Linda- sweety, give Mikey big hugs from all of us! You are amazing parents - not everyone takes charge of their childs special needs & fights for them as you have.I see kids all the time whos parents either ignore the issues, or don't do anything to help them- let the school handle it! HUH??!!

Tomorrow is the last day of work for me- I am going to run the store while they do inventory. Oh boy, say BIG prayers tomorrow- the stress is already so thick you could cut it with a knife!!Atleast the District Manager will be there & he can cope with it!  Me, I'm going to keep smiling, doing my job( to the best of my ability) & leave at 2pm. regardless if they are done- wish me luck!!!
Misty Lynn, sounds like you are doing an aweful lot girl- when is your surgery? Try to take it easy, 'K?? Feel better girlie, sending prayers your way.
Gail sweety, hope today finds you feeling much better!!! Sending you big smooches!!!!!

Lechelle- glad to hear Jimmy is doing so well, and you all are getting into a routine. I just put up 6 qts. of blueberries, and alittle corn on the cob in the freezer, for when family comes over. We use to work diff. shifts when our girls were young, & it is so much easier when you both are on the same schedule! Give the girls a (((hug))) for me!

Shanna-see you tomorrow night-5 pm. ok? Oh boy, girltime!

Leanne, love on that lil one for me, too. Hope he feels better quickly!Yep, croup is real, and the poor lil ones suffer. Our twins are cutting teeth like mad, and fussy!!! Mom can't get any sleep, so I'm going down there this afternoon & help out for awhile.

Take care everyone, and have a great day!
  (((BIG HUGS)))
