TIRED

I'm a month out and have\nt had any problems, but this last week I have felt soooo tired. Whats up with that? I get wore out doing anything.

I don't know how to explain it, but for most of us it is common for about one month out to fell like you have hit a wall.  Your body has been trough a lot and it takes a bit to catch up.  Make sure you are taking your vitamins and make sure you are getting in all you fluids.   If this keeps up call one of the dietician.   Make sure you are getting a nap if you need it.  Just give it time you will being doing better soon.

Getting enough protein can sure make a difference in being tired, too! Keep track of how much you're getting each day.

Thanks for the replies, I'm chuggin protein today and have went for my morning walk. I'm feeling a little better already.
