Sunday, Beautiful Sunday!

Good morning all!  Time to get everyone up.  Jimmy has to be at work at 8 this morning, with me going in right afterward at 9.  The girls are going to the pastors house.  They will be going to church, then to a pool party with the whole church afterward.    It is going to be a fun filled day for all!  Wish I could go with them, instead of working, but alas, that isn't going to happen!

HI EVERYONE!! I am home today for the first time in a few days! I spent the a few days with my cousin up in Van Buren Indiana and took in the POPCORN FESTIVAL. It wasn't very busy up there so I guess popcorn isn't as popular as it once was! They had a car show but it wasn't full of oldies but goodies there were more new ones than the older ones. What is up with that! Anyway the best part of it was spending time with relatives I haven't been around much since getting older(grown up).
 This is going to be the last really nice day for the week. It is supposed to get hot and humid. I am not looking forward to that!

I'm dressed for church and waiting until time to leave.. You can tell it's close to fall... I've got out the browns...the earthtones... away with the pastels.

Yesterday we went to Crawfordsville to my neices garage sale... Gosh I hate those!! it is HUGE and they made about 2400.00 over the 2 day event but HUGE.. of course once I showed up it was a new fresh pc of meat to sick the neices and nephews on... so I sat holding the baby...He was good though.. I bought some baby clothes and "new stuff' for my newest great neice due in Dec.

Thanks Chelle for the other post about beautiful people... Yep Beautiful people are those who survive diversity and live to teach the lesson and support those who are going thru the trials of life.. Not the ones that sit back on their success and laugh at the ones struggleing.. the ones who jump in with both feet to help their neighbor!! Greatpost.

Good morning all!

I'm sitting here with my 'brunch'.  While we were up at Hope's last weekend, she took a group of us over to Shipshiwana. I got some of their wonderful cheeses. So...I'm sitting here with a fresh peach, crackers, the remainder of the Hickory Smoked Cheddar and a few pieces of the Onion Vegatable. Both are great. I think I have 5 or 6 more flavors in the freezer and I also have a taco cheese in the fridge. I'm gonna have to fix taco's one night to try that cheese out on it.

I'll be going into work in a little bit. I guess I'm just procrastinating. lol. I'm tachinally off today but I have stuff to do to make tomorrow go smoother...and I need to put in some extra hours since I'll be missing so much this coming week.

I am feeling better only have a 100 temp thats nothing. I am going to some house work and clean my room. Michelle & John took Becky's boy to some gincon thing, I am not sure what it is, but they were ready to goooo.
Last night I tried to change my picture NO LUCK !!!!!
I did do some updating on myspace, about my wonderful camping trip. I not sure why this is not in lavender, oh well.

Good afternoon!  This morning our church had "picnic in the park Sunday".  It was great!  And my son and DIL came along also.  I took smashed potato salad and a sinful treat---lemon bars.  I had a 1/4th of a piece and whoa, too much sugar for me.  But everyone else loved them.  Only a couple of pieces left and son took them home. 

I stopped and picked up my pain medication for tomorrow's surgery.  I'm glad it's going to happen but kind of afraid also.  My back hurts so much it makes me cry sometimes.  While out doing a couple of errands, I stopped at Sears and visited with Ellen.  It was downright busy in that little store!  Gave her a hug! 

Welll, got to finish the cleaning up and I need some rest as my back hurts from the lawnchair this morning.  I'm just so ready!
