Welcome to the loser bench.  I am so glad all is well with you.  Take it easy at first and do not worry about getting all of your protein in at the beginning. Sip fluids and protein shake and slowly walk and begin your new life.  We are here for you!!!!

Welcome home!
You are in the hardest part now, but it will get easier.
As others have said, you probably wont get in all of your protein, just do your best because you will get to the point where you can get it all in.  Get well soon and take it easy!

Watasha, glad to see your home and doing well.  It won't be long until the pain is just a memory.  The first week for me was bad, trying to learn everything and not knowing what to expect.  The second week was much easier and a lot less painful, this is when I stopped taking my tylenol on about day 9.  I am into my third week now and all that pain and uneasyness is just a memory now.

WOOT WOOT!  You've arrived to the losing side - where we are ALL winners!  Congrats!

As everyone has said, keep sipping and walking.  When you feel like giving up----look up and He will guide you!

Also it does help to post questions as you come across them.  Remember, we've all been there!

Congrats and well wishes!
