We have it up here in Camby at meijer and walmart. I drank it right before and after surgery as my protein shake. Now I live on my body fortress! Protein grams are much higher but CIB worked well for my needs at the time before I found My BF. Good Luck. We need to get together seeing as we live so close to each other!
