Today I am 4 days Post Op. Im feeling better today then I did yesterday. I finally broke down and started using some of my pain medicine. I was wanting to go without as much as possible.
Last night I was even able to sleep on my side, so that was nice. I actually got some sleep.
I must admit, recovering has been a little harder then I thought it would be. We did walk around a city block and a half yesterday, but Ive read about people walking miles already.
But I do have a question about scales. My scales broke the day before surgery, and Im wanting to get a new one. Any suggestions?
I want something that is fairly nice, not too expensive, but something that will last.

Seems like a lot of people have good luck with the Weigh****chers scales that they sell at Wal-mart. Maybe someone was trying to tell you something with your scales breaking right before surgery
. Remember that health is the most important aspect of our journey, not the weight loss..................... I'm still trying to tell myself that after almost one year. Anyway, you will keep feeling a little better each day. If you need your paid med's take them, that is why the Dr. prescribed it. You need to sleep to recover. Good Luck.

I am looking into getting a Tanita scale. They have them at Bed Bath and Beyond. The weigh****chers one I had broke...plastic. So I am going Industrial!
I have 2 ! One came from Goodwill (brand new from target) the other came from a church sale. 5.00 plus a new battery! Works great Both Healthmasters, within a pound or so from hospitals scales.
