I tried a beginners Zumba class.  It is sooooooooo much fun and such a great work-out.  I actually sweat for the first time since my surgery.  I LOVE IT.  Anyone else doing this?????????/  What do you think?  I was told that you could burn about 500 calories in the one hour class.........................................

Also has anyone heard of a calorie burning energy drink called Celsius?  It is all natural ingredients except for the caffiene.  They have a website.  Just wondering what you all think about this........................

There's a Zumba class at the fitness center in my office building ... I think I will give it a try when I go back to work. I am not a very good dancer so I was a bit hesistant about the class. Glad to hear you had fun!

I do have a little coordination, however I always get there early so I can be at the very back of the class.  You should try it.  Let me know what you think.

It is a Latin, Salsa, belly dancing type of workout.  The one I went to is 1 hour and it is a beginners class.  There is lots of information on the internet.  It is a lot of fun.

I would LOVE to do Zumba!!! I just wish there was some place around here that offered it!!!  I love to dance, so that always helps!  Enjoy it for me, and have fun with it.  It is an awesome workout!

There are a few places here in Terre Haute that offer it.  See if you have a local Senior Citizens Center.  It is offered for the public here.  Also try the hospitals,  some of them have fitness centers that offer classes.  The one I go to is actually a Pilates and Physical Therapy Center.
Good Luck.
