Congrats!!   I bet we will be surgery buddies.  I faxed my approval letter to Dr. Evanson yesterday.  I heard they are running about 4 months out for surgery dates.  Looks like early Dec.  probably.

Thanks!  Yea they do run 4 months out, which I hope to god they are still booking for december!  I really want to have  a date for this year even if it is December 31st..lol
