Go to My Account (top, right-hand corner)
Log-in
There will be three columns of options. In the middle column (Surgery Related), there is an option of I've Got A Date. Click on in.
Toward the bottom section of the page is a section for 'Angels'. Enter Carol's name.
That should be it....
