Today, Lois is having gallbladder surgery, so say a prayer for her please.I know she really apperciates it, and will feel better afterwards. She is also going to have back surgery soon, so keep lifting her up. She is facing an uphill battle with her physical health,but has strong faith and has worked so hard to keep physically in shape, she should do great!I'll keep you posted!

Ellen, thanks for the information. I will make sure to say special prayers for Lois for this surgery and also for the health problems that she is facing. I hope that you keep us posted if you get any information.

I just spoke to Lois's husband and he said he home and resting, surgery took a little longer then expected. Please keep her in your prayers, she needs to recover and heal up quick so she can be ready for her back surgery that is on Aug. 18th

Thank you all for the prayers! I definitely need them. I guess the surgery was longer than expected. My gallbladder was very "slimy" and he couldn't catch it! I got home around 2:00 and promptly slept. I am EXTREMELY sleepy but must get up and walk since I have a blood clotting disease. So I thought I would jump on and say thanks to those praying for me. It is painful, but not more than I can bear.

I am so glad that you are up and about even if only for a little bit. I will certainly keep you in my special prayers. I know that you will continue to recover quickly and you will be able to face the back surgery. Just think that after that is all done you will be a new and improved model. I am sending you lots of gentle hugs and plenty of love to go with them.

Praise the Lord you had no adverse reaction from the surgery. Now I am praying for quick, complete healing, as you prepare for your next ordeal."Drugs~good, surgery~bad" as you said, but sometimes very necessary. I am so glad you are getting your back fixed. I am glad Lisa called you, & posted here. I ended yup working till 7;30pm. & thought it was just too late to call. Besides, you need your rest! Call me if you need anything.
