Hello Everyone,

Even with 3 days to go with the wedding, I thought I swing off of wedding detail and do the questioniare today seeing how I missed doing it last week. So here we go..

1. What is your cheapest treat to yourself?

2. What's the one thing that people say about you that isn't really you at all?

3. After surgery what food did you absolutely love but found the taste of it post op to be so horrible?

My Answers:

1. I love sneaking off and getting me a Lemon Shake Up.

2. That I'm a ***** I really don't mind but I wish people would take the time to actually know me before saying I'm that.

3. Lemon Heads.

P.S. Thank You Secret Elf for the drinkmix.

1.  My cheapest treat to myself is a glass of crushed ice from Sonic......yes, even BEFORE Jimmy started working there! LOL

2.  I have been told that I am lazy.......but I am not at all....I just get all my work done as quickly as possible and then spend the rest of my time enjoying life.

3.  Chineese food.  I absolutely LOVE it, but now after surgery, I can't stand the taste of it.  Talk about ******g me off too!

Jodi, have a wonderful wedding! I just wish there was some way I could be there.  Just know that I am there in spirit!

At Goal! 165 pounds gone forever! Thank you Lord!

I've got a quick minute this morning so I'll play!

1.  New LIPSTICK!  I love lipstick and when I'm down and blue I can buy me a new tube and my day is happy again!  I get teased because I have so many lipsticks.  It's cheap though and so worth it because it really lifts my mood.

2.  That I'm organized!  It makes me laugh whenever people say it.  I must put up a good front.  Those who have seen my desk know it's not true.

3.  Milk.  I loved it before surgery.  Drank a gallon a week just by myself.  Now I have to hide it in my hot chocolate or oatmeal just to get it in each day.

Can't wait to see the rest of the answers.

Jo...have a beautiful wedding.  We must see pictures!  Thanks for doing this even in the midst of your wedding plans!

1. What is your cheapest treat to yourself?   I go McDonald's and get a medium hazelnut iced coffee. I can become addicted to those if I don'****ch out!

2. What's the one thing that people say about you that isn't really you at all?   I think that would be that I am extremely sure of myself. If they only knew how often I second guess myself. lol

3. After surgery what food did you absolutely love but found the taste of it post op to be so horrible?   That would be yogurt. I hated it my whole life and now I just love it.

Thanks for posting this Jo. I know that it is a busy time for you since shortly you are going to be a Mrs. Congratulations on your wedding. You are in my thoughts and prayers for many many years of happiness and contentment. I know that God is blessing you both.

It's not what you gather, but what you scatter
that tells what kind of life you have lived.

1) Starbucks coffee with Cinnamon Dolce Sugar Free syrup.  I'm going to have to give it up before surgery and it will be hard.

2) I'm too controlling.  I don't think I am, My husband is in Germany on a 3 week visit to see friends & family.  If I was controlling, I would've put my foot down and told him he couldn't go.  I think people that know what they want are often confused for controlling.

3) I haven't hit that point yet, but hopefully it will be chocolate or icecream, both of which will be no-no's after surgery.

Hmmm...let me see.....

1) To drive out to the lake and just sit and watch the ducks and water! Sometimes I will even take a book and a glass of peach tea and chill......

2) That I am OCD....I just like a clean house and no messes!

3) fat free/sugar free frozen yogurt ....especially pineapple...yum!

1. Going to the beauty school for a hair cut. I just adore getting hair cuts, and having someone wash and brush and all that with my hair. It's so relaxing to me. I could just melt away in the chair, but I usually don't have the extra money for the salon.

2. People think I am strong. I really don't think I am. If they only knew the inside they would see how hard it is for me to manage life.

3. I couldn't stand fruit juice for a long, long time after surgery. It was jsut too, too icky sweet.

1. What is your cheapest treat to yourself? New nail polish! I LOVE new polish, and at $2-3 a bottle, it's a cheap indulgence when I'm feeling blah.

2. What's the one thing that people say about you that isn't really you at all? That I speak my mind.  I hate confrontation and try to avoid it at all cost, but I've had people tell me that I am outspoken, which just amazes me.

3. After surgery what food did you absolutely love but found the taste of it post op to be so horrible? Haven't run into this too much yet...too a small extent, I am struggling with cherry flavored popsicles.  Used to love them and couldn't stand the orange.  Now orange is my favorite and the cherry is too sweet.

Jodi, congratulations on your wedding this weekend...the forecast look to be hot and sunny, stay cool, and I can't wait to see pictures!!
