How do I post a picture?

I wanted to post my before and 3 month post op pics, but can't figure it out.  Help!

Highest/Day of Surgery/Current (8/15/09)/Goal (mine)
262/240/150/145ish

I always upload my pics to photobucket.com and then I right click to paste and then open Oh in another window and then just right click where I want it posted. xoxox shanna

HIGHEST 300 POUNDS!
Sept 07...284lbs.
surgery day 4/16/08...223lbs.
11 months Later...133lbs.
TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS 167lbs.
