My Secret Elf,

Thank you so much for the uplifting and encouraging card I received yesterday.  It could have not arrived at a better time.  My husbands Uncle passed away yesterday morning after a long fight with lung cancer.......so much to do with so little time.  I find it very hard to not turn to food in these times......so for now I am staying off the scale....well thanks again.....I am off to work on laundry, and get things going have LOTS to get accomplished today!!!!!!!!
