ChampVA?

Has anyone had their surgery paid for from ChampVA Insurance?  I am in the process of signing up for this coverage, and from what I read online it does cover RNY.  ChampVA Insurance is a coverage for the spouse of a Veteran diagnosed with a 100% Disability.  Mailing out the forms in the morning.....wait time is 4-6 weeks  to see if you qualify.  If I do, then I will send them my info packet from ST. Vincents............and just wait and see what happens I guess.  Many of you have read my post that I have been struggling for the past year and half trying to get our Insurance to pay, which they won't.  We finally decided to get a loan and do a self pay, when I heard about ChampVA from a little ole lady which came into the Pharmacy I work to show me her card..................I had never heard or seen this card before.................my Angel perhaps???  Keeping my fingers crossed.........................
