Asian Broccoli Slaw
2 bags Broccoli slaw (or can use regular cole slaw bags)
1 bag of Oriental flavor ramen noodles & seasoning packet
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 TBSP sesame seeds, toasted in a pan
2/3 cup Newman's Own Lighten Up Low Fat Sesame Ginger salad dressing
inch of salt, to taste
Mix all the seasonings together with the slaw, break up the ramen into bite-size pieces, mix it all together. It gets a little tastier and softer if you let it sit a few hours in the fridge before serving.
