I'm having issues swallowing because my tonsils are so swollen that my neck is even swollen on the outside but here goes:

B: 2 sf popscicles
L: 2 oz of moist beef brisket
S: sf popscicle
D: 1 oz scrapple 1 oz egg
S: popscicle
s: 2 Beef nuggets (jerky type things) and they hurt like heck..
