Is anyone on this insurance or do you know if gastric bypass is covered by it? I haven't been able to find the information on it.

Which one are you on? If you are on the Anthem one then it should be covered as that is what I have.

I am not sure which one I will be on. I will be eligible next month to apply. It will be six months that I haven't had insurance. My children are already on hoosier healthwise. Do they pick which one is best for you? My family Dr. has wrote a letter of medical necessity and I have health issues. This would make me so happy if this would be covered. I have been starting and stopping the whole process for about 3 years. So if it gets covered that would be the best thing. Did you have to jump through a lot of hoops for it?
