Thursday
Good morning all. Busy day for me today. I have tons of errands to run and then try to come home and take a nap before work tonight! I have to run to the store and pick up a huge roast for my italian beef to bring to the exchange on Saturday! I can't wait! I have to get all the clothes together and boxed up so they will be ready to go thru when we get there Saturday!
Well, the phone just ran, and that means I have to go now......I am meeting a friend at work that has a pair of shoes that I am going to borrow for my class reunion. White pumps! Just what I wanted to wear, but I haven't found anything that I like around here! LOL

Top of the morning to all my fellow Hoosiers.
Boy, I got tired just reading how much everyone was going to do today. It is a nice thing that everyone feels so good to go out and do what they need and want to do. I remember the time when I just didn't have the energy or the desire to do what I wanted or needed to do. Thank God for wls. I think it is the best thing in the world.
Today is another stay at home day as far as I know. It is still a ozone action day here in Porter county again and so I am not going to venture out unless something gets into my head and it won't leave. That happens! You know when you get an idea in your head and it won't leave. When that happens with me I just figure what is a girl to do?
I got everything done for the service on Sunday. I got the whole bulletin in to the Administrative Assistant and she is making it up now. She is going to be e-mailing a copy to me. I had to find another hymn since I am having a O.T. reading and a N.T. reading along with the gospel lesson. I got my sermon finished last night and I think it sounds alright. I am always so critical of the ones that I write. I hope that people get the message. But at least I did what was in front of me to do and that is all I can do. I have to leave the results to God. I am just going to be happy when it is over and done with.
I just can't beleive that it is Thursday already. It seems like this week is going by rather quickly. Maybe it is because I haven't done much this week but stay home. Sometimes that makes the time fo so much faster and then other times it makes it go slower.
Bill went to the drug store and he came home and told me that it was hot outside. It looks like it is really nice and cool since the breeze is blowing but you know that looks can be deceiving. lol I just hope that my petunias get back to having nice and green foliage. Right now it is a yukky brownish yellow and just takes away from the pretty and bright purple flowers. I just love petunias but lilacs and violets are my favorite. I would plant a lilac bush if I thought that I could but something seems to tell me that the complex would gripe about it. I have a evergreen bush out there and I hate it. I would love to take it out and plant the lilac bush. Maybe I might just try it next year. Does anyone know when you plant a lilac bush?
I better get going. I am sending love and hugs to all and prayers for everyone is being said with special ones being said for those in need of them.

Summer usually isn't a good time to start anything. Spring and fall are when to plan. Saying that, I just planted a lilac yesterday. We were weeding at the biblical garden at our church and the lilac there had several "sucker's that were getting out of control. When I dug them out they had good roots so I decided to bring them home and see if I could get them to grow.
