Reschedule your appointment and buy yourself a greyhound bus ticket. Once you get off the greyhound bus there are bus stops on every corner around the area and a local metro bus will take you to your appointment. Look at it as an adventure instead of a pain in the keester and make a fun day of it. The city buses in Indy are called IndyGo so look them up for a schedule and bus stop information I think the cost of a bus ride is around a buck and it goes right to the hospital area with no transfers. You will just need to plan to give yourself PLENTY of time to ride the buses but it can be done.
