What food to bring to clothing exchange
Whatever you bring, make it sugar-free, low fat/low cal and you'll be fine! Don't worry about duplicating someone else's. The only thing that is usually duplicated is cheese & crackers or veggie trays. So if you COOK something, yours will be unique! Even if there are two green bean casseroles, no two usually taste quite the same way. So..think of you favorite dish to make for a church social, etc..and then 'lighten' it up! whenever possible, replace the higher sugar/fat/carb ingredients with lower versions.
