Exercise: 30 minutes step aerobics, walked a mile shortly after.
L: Lettuce with 1 oz grilled chicken, 1 oz ham chunk, 1 oz shredded cheese, 1/2 large hard boiled egg and 1 tbsp french dressing. I mostly ate the protein out of it because lettuce doesn't do well with me. I tried it again for the 3rd time post op and under the opinion I just can't do uncooked veggies.
S: South Beach Tide Me Over strawberry banana flavored water add in
D: 1 oz barilla plus thin spaghetti, 2 oz of lean ground beef, 1/4 c pasta sauce and 1 tbsp of parmasean/romano blend.
I've done 60 minutes of step aerobics on the wii fit board and also walked 1.5 miles.
I actually post on the lightweights board, its called Menus and miles...Keeps me on track, ya know. I would love to start it here, also!

Angie- Scallops sound so yummy. Did you put them in a blender or eat them straight up.
I was not a fan of the liquid diet and the pureed diet sounds even more gross to me so I have been eating very little. Mostly living off vitimins and protein drinks. I am just tring to hang in there tree more weeks till its real food time. I really want a salad and some grilled chicken!!
