Sunday Morning in Indiana...

Morning all....I babysat for my grandson lst night who decided he wanted to be up and playing rather than sleep. I am tired. Of course mommy came home this am and now he is sound asleep! So...I decided to check out the boards since it is too late to go back to bed! 

Michelle....legally there is nothing that can be done unless you or a family member is set up as the executor. Then all assets/debts will have to handled by that person. If he has assets then it would be a good thing to talk to an attorney. I know that since she is not a family member and if there is no will, the family has to approve her to be the executor in writing. They take priority over friends or exs. PM if you need to know more. The atty I work for gave me this info to pass on to you...hope it helps. ((((MICHELLE)))) and remember we are thinking of you. 

Gail......sounds to me like you handled the situation well and just let the drama roll off your back! Great job girl! I could learn a lesson or two from you! :)

Sherri...I have a friend who's husband is purchasing a truck load of sitamins and other items from a nutritional store for his prostate cancer. They are trying to go the holistic (?) route if possible. His PSA (?) levels have dropped quite a bit since he started all this. I will let you know what he takes etc......They have spent almost $1000 in the last two months!

Thanks for the advice you are giving her.. I went to the viewing and she had been having a rough time with ??? I reminded her to take care of her and to stay hydrated..I was surprised to see he was so well represented by a Christian biker group.. I also ride with a Christian group (MJM) and so I am sure she got lots of support and hugs too. Keep her in prayer tomorrow.

Sherri..I will email everything to you later this week. I am off tomorrow to get a mammogram done.....just to check out a couple things Dr found...no big thing.  She is also taking several items now that she has read what all can actually help/prevent some illnesses. Will let ya know.....
