wednesday......hump day!

Good Morning Hoosiers Losers....  yes it is I at 4:00 in the freakin' Morning. Hubby got home about 3:00 from school/goin' out after school to bw3's to them a bar for pool. Whatever...I woke up at 2:30 and was worried sick, but fell back asleep and dreamt he came home and I beat the crap out of him, LOL. I am too old for that crap, and so is he but this class was a doozy. He spent 5 days on working with his group on their power point presentation. He better get a A, thats all I have to say. He has a break next week, then he starts his conflict resolution class.    I have my 3 month sppt at Clarian at 930 am ( today) then I am working the night shift because of it. Oh well.      My birthday is next wednesday...I will be 34. Wow I can't believe it, Terry wants to take me to Beef and boards. ( love, love beef and boards) I was checking the show schedules and next Month/sept The producers will be there and they have a Web special  a Table ( seats 4) for 119.00 Thats a steal! It's usually that for 2 people. I think we are going. Wed. sept 3. I will double check. Anyone else interested in joining please let me know. that would be a fun OH get together and then THE sound of Music is after that....One of my all time Favorites!    Ok I am going to try to get back to sleep, need to get up early to fight traffic on the west side up to 71st. Good Morning All, Happy Wednesday.  Up early today to do some extra commuter work before going to work - LOL- so thought I would get on quickly and catch up.  We have been gone for a few days visiting family in Iowa so I have missed keeping up with everyone.  Had a great time in Iowa visiting with family and friends.  I felt all we did was talk, laugh and eat but I managed to lose a couple of pounds so guess I did OK with the eating.  I took protein drinks with me and my Fage and tried to be very careful to get my protein grams in.  My sister is scheduled for lap band procedure on the 17th.  She has atrial fibrillation and is on Coumadin so she will have to go off her meds for a few days.  Please keep her in your prayers if you think of her that all would go well without complications of clots.  Kind of scarey for her but I know she will be much healthy at a lower weight.  I better get back to my reason for being at the computer in the first place.  Trust everyone will have a great day. good morning hoosier losers!  I am up and at em early this morning as I have my appt with the nurse to sign all my papers and learn how to give myself the blood thinner shots when I get home.  I will be meeting with my ex daughter in law while I am in Indianapolis to pick up the grandkids and keep them for a few days.  I have to start my pre op diet today also , so I hope that doesn't make me a grouchy granny lol, however I realize it is a necessary evil.  I have to cut it short today and be on my way ....have a great day! Good morning all! I feel like I am way behind on what is going on since I didnt even get to visit this site yesterday. I was so busy at work.  Oh well, I do have to work sometimes...lol! Nothing much going on with me today. Oh I about forgot....I dont know if I have already said anything about this or not.......but I am NORMAL! I now have a normal BMI I am no longer overweight....whoohoo!!!!! I want to get to the lowest weight in that range though which is 140 just so I can have some fluctuating room.  So that is my big news. Hope everyone has a great day!

GOod morning Hoosiers! I can't believe how much better I am feeling with some meds for that darn little ulcer that perforated (And of course the corrective surgery)! I have never hurt as bad as when that ulcer perforated in my life. It woke me from a sound sleep, and I knew I had to go to the ER. FOr breakfast today I had just a little bit of cottage cheese and fruit and water to drink. I don't know what to think. I have been eating amounts more like a newly postop since the weekend, but I am up to 161 pounds this morning. Wah. I think I'm still carrying some of the extra fluid from the hospital. THey were really giving it to me. 

Morning fellow Losers!! Today is 11 weeks out for me, and I'm down 39.8 pounds...and only 2 pounds from ONEderland!! I'm hoping like crazy to make it next week, so I'm really upping my workouts and keeping a very close eye on what I eat. 

Shanna, we LOVE Beef n Boards! When we lived in Indy, we went all the time.  Heck, The Sound of Music was my very first show there, my parents took me for my 12th birthday.  (Holy crap...25 years ago next month?!?!)  My best friend and I saw the Chippendales there for our 18th birthdays.    Hubby and I have seen State Fair, The King & I, Grease, the Christmas show, and I think a couple others. 

Linda, hope you get to feeling better soon!! I'm sure those extra pounds will disappear when all that fluid gets out of your system.

Hope everybody has a great Wednesday! The girls have swim lessons this morning, then I'm hitting the workout room for a workout before coming home to lay in the sun all afternoon. 

Good morning everyone....                       Well..little update. I had my appointment with Dr. Fecht yesterday. He's the gastroenternist. I gave him our time lapsed pics of my tummy going from 34" to 40" in 12 hours as well as some other data gathering that I've been doing. I'm glad that the focus is now on why is my tummy swelling up. So...it CAN be because of bacteria gone wild so I'm doing a round of anti-biotics (that only pass through the intestines). After 10 days of that, if no change, I'll then do 10 days of a different anti-biotic. If no change after that, I'm to give his office a call and they'll set me up for the next test on the list to check out my intestines in a different manner. And if that one doesn't show anything, then he'll check for fructose/lactose intollerence. Here's the FYI RNY fans...those tests will pretty much just rule out those two..but for RNY people, they can give false positives. It was a very interesting & informative visit. My next appointment with his isn't for 6 weeks, but we won't be waiting all that time for 'the next thing' if what is tried doesn't work. So..let's all cross our fingers that the anti-biotics does the trick! Oh..the two places on my belly are almost healed up (YEAH!!!!) and the place on my leg isn't nearly as big as it has been so hopefully the next time Dr. Bergman drains it will be the last time it needs done.                          

Well..dinner tonight with my mil. And tomorrow night...Ted's Montana Grill. Brenda & Floyd are going to join us. YOU can too if you'd like! Bill has an eye appointment at 4:45 and we're going to head over there right after..so...~5:30-6. Good morning my loser friends and soon to be losers.  I am sitting in the church office and I have so much to do but wanted to get on here now since I am not sure when I am going to be back today. I need to get caught up since this week has been so hectic up here. Very unusual for the office when Jeri is out on vacation. I have to address about 40 envelopes this morning and stuff the letter in and get them mailed and I have to change the boards too. The one outside is NOT my friend. It hates me and I feel the same about it. It is about a gazillion years old (well, more like 60 haha) and it never co-operates with me.  Nothing much happening today. It is going to be a day of housework when Bill goes to work this afternoon. My house has been neglected for the past week ad it is beginning to look like it. There is so much junk sitting around since my hubby knows where to get things but suddenly forgets where they go when it is time to put it away! I have heard of short term memory loss but this is rediculous!! lol The jewlery party went well last night. I brought home a catalog since I have no idea what I am going to order. I better get to thinking about it since I have until Saturday to get it done. I like this one bracelet and it is fits so nice. I was never able to wear bracelets since they fit so tight with my fat wrists. Now they fit just the way they are suppose to. WOO HOO!! I guess the wrists aren't included in the 40 inches that I have lost. haha I better get moving since this isn't getting anything started or done. I am keeping everyone in my prayers with special ones being said for those in need. I am sending love and hugs to all.
