10 more days until surgery and I'm  FREAKING OUT

Just 10 more days until the start of your wonderful new and exciting life begins. I know that things seem over whelming right now but just relax and breathe and things will be fine.  You are about to enter the world of life after wls and it is a wonderful place to be. Wonderful and great things are about to start to happen to you, more wonderful and great than you can even iagine at this moment. You really think you understand but you can't fully comprehend them until they start to happen. I think that is why they are called WOW moments~ because sometimes they take your breath away and it just makes you feel special.  Good luck on the coming surgery and I shall keep you in my prayers. I pray that you have an uneventful surgery with a quick and pain free recovery. I pray also for the doctors and the medical staff that they have knowledge and compassion.  Please keep us posted as soon as you can on how things are going for you after the surgery.

Your surgery is six days before mine.  So far I am not a bit nervous, I am really excited to get it done and get on with things.  I am not looking forward to starting the preop diet on Wednesday but it is a necessary part of the process I guess.  Are you doing a pre op diet ?  If so what is your diet and how is it going for you?
