Lisa, I am so proud of you too. You are working so hard and you are reaping all of the rewards. You are doing justice to the tool that you have been given to help to improve you health and your life. You so need to be proud of you and your accomplishments. Make sure you give yourself credit where credit is due. Keep doing what your doing and your rewards will continue to overflow for you.  Sending you love and big hugs on your success and accomplishments.

It's not what you gather, but what you scatter
that tells what kind of life you have lived.
